Several of you have reported getting error messages while trying to submit 3D printing requests. The message of "Upload file field is required" was one of the reported errors, and it's very likely that this is the message the others received as well.
As it turns out, there was an "Upload" button that was unnecessary, and when clicked, it caused the error to pop up. The Library's web-IT team discovered this after we reported the issue and have since removed the offending button.
The form appears to be working now, so there was much rejoicing! (Yay!)
Remember, though, if your .STL file is larger than 10MB, you will have to download and fill out either the PDF or Word versions of the form (found on the same submission page at the very bottom) and email those and the .STL files to our gmail account (also listed on that page).
Thank you to those who reported the problem and thanks to our web-IT team for figure it out! Hope this helps!
